Overview

Enables editing of ticket reply. Please read carefully. Click example images to display full size version in new tab/window.

Reply Info

Comments - Enter comments. Code formatting is allowed via a Wysiwyg editor or BB code. More info here. Clicking the crosshair icon in the text area will expand the textarea (for BB code). Useful on small devices. Drafts are saved for ticket text. If you leave a page without adding a ticket and come back, the draft will save. This is session based, so logging out or closing a browser will clear all drafts.

Custom Fields

Displays only if custom fields exist for ticket department. If a department has no custom fields the "Custom Fields" tab will be hidden. Complete field information as required.

Attachments

If enabled attachments can be viewed / deleted from the reply edit screen. You can also add attachments to the reply via the drop down selection.
