Ticket Status

Overview

Displays tickets under a custom ticket status. The following pages can be used for reference with regards to the options:

Open Tickets
Closed Tickets

Use these for reference. Note that as with the search screen, a custom status list may contain standard tickets and disputes (if disputes are enabled). If you are using both standard and dispute tickets, it may be a good idea to create different statuses for both.
